(This article was taken verbatim from the Google cache of a Wikipedia article that has been placing Number 1 in the Google Search in the topic of "formation of global government" and "globalist manifesto" over millions of entries. The Globalist Manifesto Party requested the Wikipedia to discontinue the article in the meantime after one of its members identified two "stalkers" who are obssessed to mangle the article and any other artcile mentioning the manifesto, taking advantage of the Wikipedia policy to allow the global public to participate in the editing. Initial reports identified the stalkers as "atheists" or, "anti Christs" or, maybe "satanists" who think that The Globalist Manifesto is a part of a global conspiracy that involves the Vatican, something that the party do not deny nor confirm as part of their policies. The Wikipedia graciously granted the party request. We dont know if the Wikipedia are now slowly neutralizing the "Satanists" among its volunteer editors. One thing observable though is that the list in the Google Search of "Wikipedia Satanists" are getting longer. )
The Globalist Manifesto actively advocates for the formation of a popularly - elected global government. It prescribed ten (10) stages towards the formation of a duly constituted global government which has a strong resemblance with the form of government of the United States of America mixed with a parliamentary system similar to that of France. The manifesto calls for direct election of global government officials thru a global government – financed two – party system. It calls for the formation of a global sovereign state with police power, power of eminent domain and the power to tax. As envisioned by the manifesto, the global government will be headed by the president and vice – president both of them popularly and directly elected by the global citizen under a “one person – one vote” principle. Under a global government, the present sovereign states will remain, but will become territorial units of the global government. The territorial units will be headed by a governor and vice – governor who are popularly elected thru the same global two - party system, with its own cabinet and legislature. There will also be popularly elected representatives to Global Congress, number of which to be determined pro rata based on population. Global Cabinet members will come from the members of the Global Congress.
History of The Globalist Manifesto.
The Globalist Manifesto emerged in the classroom of the Master of Development Management (MDM) class at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM)(http://www.aim.edu.ph/), one of the leading business graduate schools in Asia, based in Makati City, Philippines. The manifesto was secretly posted in the class bulletin board without the permission of the professor and it drew lots of violent reactions. One comment is that it is like the vision of the Beatles (http://www.beatles.com/), the popular band in the 60’s. Surprisingly, it was adopted eventually by the class, and it was published in their class website (http://www.geocities.com/totidulay/global.html ). Google eventually placed the website as the number 1 site when one searched under the topic of globalist manifesto, for around 4 months in the late 2003. The class was challenged with this “recognition” from the Google. The class eventually spearheaded the formation of the International Movement of Development Management (IMDM) with the help of the Dean Poch Macaranas and Associate Dean Edel Guiza of the AIM's Center for Development Management. The movement does not only serve as the alumni association of AIM graduates from all over the world who took the Master of Development Management program, but is turning out as a real independent global network, doing projects for Shell, ADB, UNDP, LGU’s and other organizations. The President of the movement is Corazon Tecson Jimenez, Associate Director of Konrad Adenuer Foundation funded Aim Policy Center. The chairman and vice - chairman of the movement are Henry Tenedero and Prof. Sofronio Dulay respectively, both from the MDM Batch 14 where The Globalist Manifesto originated. The two were later elected as Directors of the 32,000 strong global membership Alumni Association of the Asian Institute of Mangement (AAAIM). The two, together with other members of the batch are instrumental in the creation of a trust fund for the movement which is now .2 million Philippine pesos. The office of the movement is at the 4th Floor, AIM Conference Center, Cor Trasierra & Benavidez Streets, Legaspi Village, Makati City, Philippines (http://www.imdm.org/).
Recent Developments of The Globalist Manifesto
After the publication of The Globalist Manifesto in the MDM Batch 14 website, several websites and e - groups started to link with it or published the manifesto in their websites. One of these sites is the site of the CDM Foundation, Inc. at (http://cdmfoundation.cjb.net/) which was listed in the Yahoo Search as the number 1 site under the topic of the “formation of a global government” early 2006. The personal website of Prof. Sofronio Dulay, the (http://profdulay.cjb.net/ ), also published this manifesto and other recent developments regarding it. The site was placed in both Google and Yahoo in the top ten under the topic globalist manifesto for almost a year. It was also listed in the Google in the top ten under the topic of “formation of a global government”.The Globalist Manifesto was also published as one of the essays in a book published by the Far Eastern University(http://www.feu.edu.ph/) in downtown Manila, Philippines. It was also entered in an idea – generation event called Panibagong Paraan, a joint project of World Bank and UNDP in that country. It was also entered in the Palanca Awards for Literature (http://www.geocities.com/palanca_awards/), the leading literary awarding body in the Philippines.
Alliances and Snowballs Around The Globalist Manifesto
The Globalist Manifesto is actually a result of the strategic planning session in the master’s degree in development management class, plus a “strong inspiration one mysterious midnight” experienced by the ponente which led to its writing. It is intended to be the “strategic plan for the human race” under a VMOKRAPISPATRES format of the Asian Institute of Management. If one will analyze the way it was framed, it follows this format. It started with a vision, then mission, objectives and so on, completing the AIM format. This is an educated vision written in intentionally short, and in simple English which makes it appealing to the thinkers, educators and ordinary people. But the more one read it, the more other related topics pop - up into one’s mind which makes it an interesting reading. One of those who reacted positively to this manifesto is Steve McIntosh, an honor graduate lawyer based in Colorado, USA who is leading a global movement for the formation of a global government. He has an organization (The Project for Integral World Federation, PO Box 110 Boulder, Colorado, 80306 USA (303) 530-9028 x. 222 e-mail: info@integralworldgovernment.org , http://www.integralworldgovernment.org/ ) which gathers worldwide petition for the formation of a global government soonest. In his first email to Prof. Sofronio Dulay, an advocate of The Globalist Manifesto, McIntosh said: “I enjoyed reading The Globalist Manifesto on your website and I agree wholeheartedly. It is good to connect with you around for mutual interests in the movement for global governance" (http://profdulay.cjb.net/). This was followed by several exchanges of emails from the two leading advocates of the formation of global government, including plans to snowball the initiative into a mainstream global public crusade. The Globalist Manifesto is becoming the foundation of the recently - emerging ideology, the globalism as The Communist Manifesto is the foundation of communism ideology.

Dear Colleagues in the Globalist Manifesto Party Core Group
(Toti, Steve, Ranato, Suzanne, Todd and Ruben)
Good day to your families. The Holy Week is approaching and I think that you will have family activities related to the season. Here in Marikina, we have an evening parade of life size statues of saints driven by carriages powered by devotees every Good Friday. Last year, I counted around 60 statues in that parade. Someday, our respective families will watch this colorful evening parade together as part of our bonding as a team.
If you will notice, websites associated with our party are dominating the topic "formation of a global government" in the Yahoo, Alta Vista and Google Search Engines. First of all, let us thank these three leading search engines of the world for their contribution to the global crusade for the formation of a world government. Many years from now, the world government will probably formally recognized them as part of the heroic earlier initiatives of this global upheaval . Maybe, the corporate leaders of these three search engines will be listed as heroes of the future United World.
But do you know that there is another set of listing, the "formation of a world government", this time websites associated with our party, although they are there -- are not dominating them. You will see all of what I am talking about in our party website, http://gmparty.cjb.net/ . The leading search engines have not yet found a way to combine the two listings despite the fact that they are one and the same. Lets leave this matter to the kind judgements and internal system of these leading search engines.
I remember the suggestion of Steve in his email--that we should search for other groups and websites who are also pushing for the formation of global government and provide them an atmosphere of belongingness to this global crusade that we are leading. I think that we should find ways to do just like that. Steve has been an influential thinker of this global crusade. You will see that in his book.
We have also identified one person who is against our party. We have already tracked down his whereabouts and activities. That man will probably self distruct without us doing anything on him. (Remember, we denounce any form of violence , right ?) . I dont want to mention his name here because he will just get unnecessary global exposure. I suggest that one of the policies of our party should be: "dont mention the name of people who are against us in public".
This is just for now and I hope you stay in good health. By the way, as per suggestion of Suzanne and Steve, we made links from the party website to your favorite personal or institutional websites. Steve suggests that all of us should make a link back from our individual websites to the party website. Expect exciting developments in months to come.
Regards.
Your co-member in the Core Group,
Toti

Lakan Dula: The Pre-Hispanic King of Manila
LAKAN DULA (actually Lakan Dula, "Lakan" being the Kapampangan equivalent of Rajah) was a native ruler of Tondo (or Tondok, now a part of) Manila, Philippines during the early part of the Spanish colonization of the country. He ruled a community of Muslim Kapampangan peoples in the north of the Pasig River. He was one of three Muslim rulers in the Manila area during the arrival of the Spanish conquistadors led by Martín de Goiti and Juan de Salcedo in 1570. He fought the Spaniards for control of land and was defeated and captured. In 1571, he made a peace pact with Miguel López de Legazpi and handed over his throne to the Spanish. In 1587 Magat Salamat, one of the children of Lakan Dula, and Augustin de Legazpi, Lakan Dula's nephew and the chiefs of the neighboring areas of Tondo, Pandacan, Marikina, Candaba, Navotas and Bulacan were executed for secretly conspiring to overthrow the Spanish colonizers. Another incident happened in Pampanga during the famine. The Pampangos sought the help of the Borneans for their plan to enter Manila one dark night to massacre all the Spaniards. Unfortunately, a native woman married to a Spanish soldier betrayed the plan. Many Pampangos were arrested and executed. In Northern Mindanao, Governor Fajardo executed the chieftain of the Manobos named Dabao, after he accepted Fajardo's offer of amnesty. David Dula y Goiti, a grandson of Lakan Dula with a Spanish mother escaped the persecution of the descendants of Lakan Dula by settling in Isla de Batag, Northern Samar and settled in the placed now called Candawid (Kan David). Due to hatred to the Spaniards, he dropped the Goiti in his surname and adopted a new name David Dulay. He was eventually caught by the Guardia Civil based in Palapag and was executed together with seven followers. They were charged with planning to attack the the Spanish detachment. In 1762, Palaris led a revolt of Pangasinan and waged war that last for two years. This rebellion was crushed in 1765 and Palaris was hanged. Apolinario de la Cruz or popularly known as Hermano Pule revolted caught and after a hasty trial was executed and his body was dismembered and exhibited in the town of Tayabas. The execution of local priests Gomez, Burgos and Zamora, in February 17 1872, maliciously charged by the friars gained sympathy among the natives that led to numerous uprisings. However these uprisings unfortunately ended up in the execution of leaders and sympathizers. For instance, the 13 martyrs of Cavite, leaders in Bulacan and Nueva Ecija but the most gruesome and well remembered of all these executions was the execution of Jose Rizal on Dec. 30, 1896. DULAY CLAN OF MARIKINA VALLEY "The National Historical Institute of the Philippines says that Dulay came from David Dula y Goiti, descendant of Lakan Dula, pre hispanic king of Manila. Because of Hispanic prosecution, the clan sent their offsprings to different parts of the country and of the world using the Galleon Trade route and the chinese traders to places within sea routes. Dula y Goiti , because of hatred to the Spaniards, removed the goiti part and therefore Dula y or Dulay remained. Today, you can see Dulay all over the world, France, India, England, US, Europe and in the Philippines. In the Philippines being the root, you can see Dulay in Manila (Tondo, Manila was the seat of the kingdom of Lakan Dula), Marikina, Northern Samar, La Union, Pangasinan, Quirino, Pampanga, Bulacan, Mindanao, etc. All people carrying the surname Dulay all over the world are related. In the Philippines, President Diosdado Macapagal and President Gloria Arroyo are descendant of Lakan Dula.In fact you can feel the closeness of the Dulay to each other because if you meet a fellow Dulay, you can feel a surge of blood affinity right there and there According to local Marikina Valley historian Servando de los Angeles, the first settlers of Marikina came from Tondo and settled in what is now known as Jesus de la Pena where the oldest church in the city can be found. The first recognized leader of the Dulay Clan of Marikina Valley is Ceferino Dulay, a guerilla leader who retired as trusted "katiwala" of the Tuazon and Cacho - the clan that owned and developed a large portion of the city. The tomb of Ceferino was later discovered in the Chapel of Eternal Repose of the San Roque Roman Catholic Church in Marikina's poblacion."(Source:Ancestry.Com) .

For instance, the 13 martyrs of Cavite, leaders in Bulacan and Nueva Ecija but the most gruesome and well remembered of all these executions was the execution of Jose Rizal on Dec. 30, 1896.The dying wish of Lakan Dula is for one his descendants to lead the Philippine archiepalago to greatness someday, long after the Spaniards had been driven out. So far, two of his descendants had already become the President of the Philippines: Diosdado Macapagal and Gloria Arroyo, but the Filipino people are still waiting for that deliverant envisioned by Lakan Dula. Rep. Mikey Macapagal Arroyo might try to become the third Philippine president from among the descendants. Is he finally the deliberant? Or, is it possible that the real deliberant will be coming from an obscure branch of Lakan Dula bloodline? Some historians interpret as abandonment of the Kingdom when Lakan Dula sent his heir apparent and several trusted warriors as well as members of his clan to different places of the archipelago using the galleon trade and river routes. But, there are historians who say that this is a brilliant tactical move to mass up forces form different part of the Philippine Island, regroup, consolidate and drive away the Spaniards in the proper time. This could also be a way to preserve his bloodline - by sending his eldest son and heir apparent, and some children and relatives to far away land. He fears that his bloodlines will be slowly murdered by the Spaniards to totally erase the native aristocracy. This tactical move proved to be long term and had gone beyond his lifetime. This explains why there are Lakan Dula descendants in Pampanga, La Union, Marikina, Northern Samar, Sorsogon, Quezon Province, Quirino, Davao, Zamboanga, Panay Islands, Cebu and in many other far flung places of the country. The descendants are usually carrying native sounding or non-Hispanic surnames like lakandula, dula, dulay, gatdula, dulatre, duldulao, dulayba, lakandola, lacandula and many others revolving around the root world “dula”. During the intense persecution of the Spaniard on the native aristocracy, some descendants even disregarded the “dula” root words and adopted totally different native sounding surnames like magsaysay, agbayani, salonga, bacani, macapagal, salalima, soliman, pagdanganan, datumanong, katigbak, kasilag, salamat, karingal, pangandaman, sumuroy, silang, makalintal, gatmaitan, capinpin, etc. There are those who actually embraced Spanish surnames like guevarra, legaspi, mendoza, delapaz, santos, etc. There are historians and descendants of Lakan Dula, specifically those associated with the blog of Ellen Tordisillas who claim that the macapagals are not really descendants of Lakan Dula. For one, the macapagals are not really from Lubao , but from Candaba ,Pampanga. They say that the claim of the macapagal to the Lakan Dula heritage is based on the tall tales concocted by the father of President Diosdado Macapagal who can write stories. These tales seem to have shaped the formative years of young Diosdado which planted the seeds for his presidential ambition. He sustained the tale during his term and at present, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo seem to be sustaining the same tale. A website [1] owned by the Dulay Clan of Marikina Valley and Northern Samar wishes to appeal to fellow descendants of Lakan Dula to be inclusive rather than exclusive. It argues that: " even God is against exclusivity that is why He warned the humanity against the evil of 666. In short, let us welcome any family or clan who has a long cherished family legend or tales that in one way or another is linked to the old Manila Kingdom of Lakan Dula. The Jewish people have their own myths, legends, practices and tales. And they believe them to the point that they are willing to die for them. In the face of the present day Filipino Diaspora, if the history, legends, myths and tales around Lakan Dula will give us our lasting identity and unity, then, by all means let us continue to make family tales and myths around Lakan Dula, the Old Manila Kingdom, the pre-Hispanic grandeur of native aristocracy, the dying wish of Lakan Dula, the legend of the “lineage of the first born son”, the “descendant” Philippine deliberant, etc. And let them flourish into culture, religion, cult, drama, literature and even civilization. This could be the start of the Philippine greatness that Lakan Dula has wished for." (Source: Wikipedia/Pablo Z.Agoncillo)

The First Ever Election in the Philippines Islands Was Held In Marikina Valley
Doctoral professor Popoy De Vera lll of UP NCPAG said that during the Spanish era, elections were never held because positions can be acquired by purchase or royal appointment. History will also show that during the time of Lakan Dula, there were also no elections, because leadership of native settlements like that in Jesus de la Pena, Marikina, was given to blood descendants of Lakan Dula. But Dr. Serafin Quiason, National Historical Institute Board Member and former Chair, said that when the British invaded Manila, they conducted elections for gobernadorcillo and the first election they conducted was through viva voce held in Marikina. This could probably explains the fact that Marikinos are politically matured and are advocates of "urbanidad". Was it coincidence that Marikina is one of the important hacienda of the Spaniards owned by the family of the husband of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo? Gloria now resides in a land that used to belong to Marikina the way Ateneo and UP are occupying lands that used to belong to Marikina. Was it a coincidence that nearby Marikina, in Cainta, the Sepoys, or the Indians in the British Army who desserted their post, finally settled. Today, while Marikenos are white skinned, their neighbors next town, Cainta, have the color and nice noses of the Hindus. Marikina Valley is turning out to be a nice hotbed of history... from a sttlement of Lakan Dula descendants who escaped Spanish procecutions of the native aristocracy, to the place of first ever election in the country, to the capital of the Province of Manila during the Philippine Revolution, courtesy of governor Ambrosio Flores.(Incidentally, the mother of MMDA Chair Bayani Fernando is a Flores.) Today, Marikina could be the birthplace of a modern patriotic movement that could bring this country into a lasting greatness.
Remember this dinner meeting....this could be it: the "dinner among close friends" where the pronouncement of the former NHI chair about the first ever election in the Philippines happened was in the residence of MMDA Chair Bayani Fernando in Monte Vista, Marikina, a day before the fiesta of San Roque, the seat of "Marikina Cathedral" and the historical poblacion of the valley. Among those in that dinner is Mayor Marides Fernando, 3rd termer Rep. Del De Guzman of the 2nd congressional district, AIM Alumni Association Director Toti Dulay also from the 2nd congressional district, Ateneo School of Governance Associate Dean Dennis Gonzalez, City Administrator Melvin Cruz, BF Corporation Executive Tala Fernando, former Marikina ABC President Ben Cruz, Ateneo Program Manager for Executive Education Aurma Manlangit, Prof. Manny Yap of Philippine Patriotic Movement, and several close personal friends of the city mayor which include Nadeia Sarte and Carmelita Lorenzo.
In that dinner, Prof. Yap offered the leadership of the Philippine Patriotic Movement to Chairman Bayani Fernando. The Ateneo School of Governance presented a paper for the Kabayani Party.
The future of Marikina, of Metro Manila and of the Phillipines seem to have been hatched in this memorable dinner. Most great civilizations in the world started in cradle just like what Marikina seem to be evolving today as it slowly discovering its historic significance.
The Marikina Valley Cathedral
DURING the pre Hispanic era, Marikina Valley was part of the Kingdom of Lakan Dula based in Tondo, Manila.
After the proclamation of Philippine Independence in 1898, Don Ambrosio Flores, governor of the province of Manila, chose the town of Marikina as its capital.
In 1901, Marikina was included in the newly created province called Rizal.
Marikina became part of the Metropolitan Manila area in 1975, when the Metro Manila Commission was created under Presidential Decree No. 824.
In November 1996, Republic Act 8223 converted the municipality into a highly urbanized city.
October 2005, a canonical coronation to Our Lady of the Abandoned (OLA), the Patroness of Marikina was done through a papal proclamation. The same day, Sofronio Dulay II, the 6th generation and next leader of the Dulay Clan of Marikina Valley was inducted into the Knights of the Altar of the OLA Parish Church.
May 2007, The Patroness of Marikina, through a procession, was brought to the residence of Sofronio Dulay I, the 5th generation and present head of the Dulay Clan of Marikina Valley located at #3 Isabelo Mendoza St., San Roque, Marikina, few houses away from the OLA Parish Church. For one day and one night, the Patroness of Marikina Valley blessed the clan with her presence. The clan members did a series of novena for the miraculous Patroness culminating with a mass officiated by Monsignor Mariano Balbago. A dinner of waknatoy (native Marikina dish), maja blanca, fruit juices, ampalaya con carne, sweet and sour lapu lapu, litson manok, liempo, apples, mango, banana , Chinese peanuts and coca cola where served to around 200 mass attendees. After the dinner, procession brought the Patroness to the San Roque Chapel and the next day it was brought back to the OLA Parish Church for the re enthronement ceremony.
In a dinner hosted by the 5th generation and present head of the Dulay Clan of Marikina Valley in his residence on May 2, 2007, the Dulay Clan Leader, Mayor Marides Fernando, Msgr. Balbago, Congressman Marcy Teodoro and Metropolitan Development Authority Chairman and President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s Cabinet Member Bayani Fernando talked about the papal petition to make the Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish Church a Cathedral.
The emergence of Marikina Valley Cathedral and the rise of Marikina natives Marides and Bayani Fernando to national leadership will be blessed by Nuestra Senora De Los Desamparados, the Patroness of Marikina Valley.

The Marikina News
Marikina News,"Ang Dyaryo ng Marikina", was founded in 1989, is the longest-running local newspaper in Marikina Valley. It was founded to abolish "Marikina Apartheid" and promote equal political opportunities to all residents of the city. It was founded and is owned by the CDM Foundation,Inc. dominated by the Dulay Clan of Marikina Valley . The clan is led by six generations of traditional leadership and uninterrupted reign of the eldest sons and leadership successors of the leader of the clan, starting from Petre Dulay, Doroteo Dulay, Eldidio Dulay, Ceferino Dulay, Sofronio Dulay l and Sofronio Dulay ll. Five Chairmen has led the paper: Dr. Jimmy Trinidad who died in office; Judge Ricardo Diaz; Atty.Cesar Turiano who became Grand Knight anf Faithful Navigator of the Knights of Columbus; Dr. Fabian Cadiz who was elected Number One Councilor of Marikina City and Romeo Balasta of MSAT Btach 78 who migrated to Illinois. The paper declared its victory over "Marikina Apartheid" when Marides Carlos of Bulacan ancestry was elected Mayor of Marikina, Del de Guzman who is residing nearby Taytay town, in Rizal Province, was elected Congressman of Marikina and; Dr. Fabian Cadiz and Councilor Donn Favis, who are of Bicolano and Ilocano ancestry respectively, were elected Number One councilors of their respective districts. Former Mayor Bayani Fernando himself was born in the nearby town of San Juan. With that resounding victory against "Marikina Apartheid", Marikina News decided to shift into the internet and face the global audience, but promised the city that it will resume circulation should there be dominant forces backsliding to "Marikina Apartheid" again. In the global audience, it is advocating for The Globalist Manifesto, the blueprint for the formation of a global government. Marikina News is now being managed in the web by the Angel Websites.
Marikina Kenworth
The Kenworth Basketball Team of San Roque, Marikina City, Philippines was born in 1976. The homecourt of the team is in Isabelo Mendoza St. formerly known as Callejon and was formerly part of Sta. Elena. Walking along the old, short and narrow street of I. Mendoza, you will pass through the Shoe Museum, Teatro Marikina, the ancestral house of the Dulay Clan, the office of the Hacienda Tuazon, the nearby Nuestra Senora de los Desamparados Church, the nearby Kapitan Moy residence, the old ice plant, the old gas station, the heart clinic of the Dy family, the office of the war veterans which was used to the old municipio, the Butiki park and the Women’s park. The street aside from being known as Callejon is also known as “Daang Kalabaw” because in the olden days, farming carabaos pass there on their way to the river. The street is the subject of a territorial dispute between Marikina’s capital Sta. Elena and a politically strong barrio, San Roque. It is one of the most historical streets in Marikina with lots of love stories and legends. It starts from an old railroad track known locally as Daang Bakal, to the river and extends to the original settlement of Lakan Dula descendant right at the opposite bank of the river known as the “ibayo” where the oldest church of Marikina is found, passing through the old Spanish municipio, and the old Spanish jail. The street has only few houses because it has more historical landmarks on it than residential houses. Among the residents of the street are the Guevara, Mendoza, De Guzman, Dulay, Gomez, Javier, Dee, Fulgencio, Flores, Eugenio, Bautista, Ocampo, Nepomuceno and Salud.Among the legends popular in the street is the “Kapre” in an old acacia tree beside the old Spanish jail, the Love Story of Ariel and Joan, and the Japanese gold buried secretly under one of the old houses leading to the river. The Kenworth Basketball Team was named after an old dilapidated Kenworth truck abandoned at the back of Spanish jail during the American era. The jail was later converted into rice granary, much later, ice plant and presently, the Shoe Museum. A basketball court stands near the truck and it served as the home court of the Kenworth Basketball Team. When the court was demolished by the municipal government, the team starts to practice in the compound of the Dulay Ancestral house or in the court found in the church yard.Everyone who grew up in I.Mendoza street have been involved in one way or another with the Kenworth Basketball Team, either as players, muse, cheer members, spectators or supporters. The golden year of the Kenworth Basketball Team was in 2005 when they almost won the championship in a barrio league had it not for a controversial shot of Batang M.Roxas. Kenworth, aside from the runner up finished, won the best coach, best muse, and best uniform.

Letter of Core Group Renato Naso to Prof Dulay
Dear Toti!!
Thank you for the good wishes, and same to you and your dear ones!! Thank you also for considering me a part of the core group... but you have to agree that I would be the most dangerous element of it, to today's system, since I don't stop even in front of the biggest and oldest taboo on the planet!
You mentioned the snow-balling effect! Probably I wrote you already that was what we had in 1983 in Basle, Switzerland (Market-Square, at about noon), and it has been stopped by a massive use of "force" (I would rather call that violence!!!!) by the part of the exploiters of humanity, through their 'special force' P26!!!!The intimidations of the members of my party, started if I remember well, in the winter of 1976/77, and since summer 1979 even covert murders (they had to look like accidents!) by their secret services!!!!!!!! About 40 burned alive in that Swissair-plane on a runway of Athen's airport!!!!!!!! Then the hundreds of members of my party locked-up somewere in a section of Basle's psychiatric hospital!!!! Then the about 200 who have been drownd in the ferry Herald of Free Enterprise, which lied on its side right after living the harbour!!!!!!!! Then tents of other in little groups or single individuals, who died in freak "accidents"!!!!!!!! (Like cranes falling [only few months apart!] on moving trains!) The last ones (?), after receiving a letter from Basle, were a certain number of passengers of flight 800: New York - Paris, which has been downed by a ground-air missile, since the members of my party had for sure the luggage-compartment checked twice, knowing the risk they were taking!!!!!!!! Once in Paris, they would have then taken the train to Basle!
Dear Toti, please don't be offended if I write you that I don't have much consideration for a >slow-motion< "snow-balling effect"; but at the moment, it looks like it's the only thing going... so, all the best to you, yours, and the rest of the group!!Blessings!!

Letter of Core Group Todd Scott to Prof. Dulay
Dear Prof. Dulay,
It's good to hear from you again. I don't recall the details of our last conversation, but I am working on a book about a global government. The research is of course in its infant stage and I hope you and the associates you mentioned in this email are able to assist me. One way I have developed my thoughts is through a blog I started on MySpace. It's received some good reviews and attention and I'd love for you to view it and share the debate with any of my fellow core group members. The URL is:
http://blog.myspace.com/swiftabulous
Again, thanks for keeping the dialogue alive and have a great day.

Letter of Core Group Steve McIntosh to Prof Dulay
Dear Toti,
Thanks for your email. I was pleased to see your manifesto prominently linked from the article on world government on Wikipedia. I think that Wikipedia offers many excellent opportunities to assert the vision of the globalist manifesto.Soon I will be upgrading my global governance petition website [http://www.integralworldgovernment.org] to give it a more professional look.
Moreover, in connection with the upcoming publication of my book, Integral Consciousness, I will be conducting a publicity campaign that seeks to bring more attention to the initiative for global governance. And as I complete the upgrade of my website, I will add a link to your site: gmparty.cjb.net. Also, if you have a chance, I would appreciate it if you would add a link to my petition website from your site.
My hope is that as your internet presence expands you will be able to connect with others on the internet who are also working to raise awareness about the vision of limited democratic federal world government. I know there are many groups out there who might be a good addition to the "core group."
It would also be effective to connect your work with some of the best books about world government. For example, have you read the book called: World Federation?, by Ronald Glossop? This is one of the most important books in this area and well worth your attention. Please keep me informed of your progress, and will do the same on my end.Best regards to you and your family.
Steve

Letter of Prof. Dulay to The Core Group
February 24, 2007
For: Steve McIntosh, Renato Naso, Suzanne Baumann, Ruben Mendez, Todd Scott and Rodrigo Felix Moreno
Re: The Core Group
Good day to everyone and to your families. Maybe you have been noticing that the vision stated in The Globalist Manifesto and some of our collective ideas are getting nice reviews for four years now in the Yahoo, Google and Alta Vista search engines under several topics like “formation of a global government”, “world government”, “one world government”, “conspiracy” and “world peace”. Lots of blogs and websites are coming out reacting to the manifesto. Please see the links portion in http://gmparty.cjb.net/
Let us consider this as our collective achievement as a core group or team. Congrats to all of us.
Maybe some of you are surprise of this phenomenon and more surprise about this letter. But Steve and I are regularly talking about this. In fact, I am reading the book written by Steve. Ruben and I are also exchanging notes and he has a lot of suggestions. He is the youngest among us. Suzanne’s art activism is also a global phenomenon. So, with Renato’s historical link with the earlier attempts for global government. Todd is a budding scholar and very young also. Rodrigo has the latino temperament which is an asset in our core group.
We must be practical and well grounded when we talk among each other. We don’t have to impress each other that much. Let us capitalize on the fact that we seem to be in the mainstream of an upheaval towards the formation of a global government. And we seem to be enjoying the alliance of the worldwide web community. Let us also expect that more world leaders will be joining our core group slow by slow as we are going into the mainstream of this upheaval. Let us be ready to welcome them.
What is therefore practical and doable at this point is for our core group to present itself as a “solid human face” for this snowballing crusade for the formation of a global government. History of human civilization will tell us that a “solid and united group working for one direction” creates a “magnetic wave:” that attracts other world leaders. Let this core group therefore be the "magnetic core of this crusade" that will create mass followings from other world leaders towards our mainstream direction.
Among us, let us interact in the level of brotherhood and cordiality. Let us make it a habit to say hi and sweet nothings among us. We need to regularly reassure each other and let our loving spirit within the core group be the source of our individual strength in facing the reality of this confused world in our lonely journey to the mainstream path towards this historical global future.
As a doable step, my staff created an egroup where we can communicate with each other. Its found in GMParty website stated earlier. Please sign up there.
Your ordinary brother in the global government crusade.
With all humility.

The Globalist Manifesto
Globalist Manifesto Party
The Time is now
With nearly four years of dominance of the The Globalist Manifesto in the worldwide web, landing consistently in top five of the leading search engines like Yahoo Search and Alta Vista Search in the topic of “formation of global government” over around 5 million websites; with the Google Search placing it once in a while in the top 5 over around 35 million websites; with the Wikipedia community citing The Globalist Manifesto in leading Google - rated articles on World Government, World Peace and New World Order, we feel that it is now time to go to the Second Stage in The Globalist Manifesto: Formation of the critical mass of global advocates from every corner of the world. This stage requires the formation of a political party of global advocates, which gives birth to the Globalist Manifesto Party.
Passive Members
People in the different corners of the world who agrees with The Globalist Manifesto but for one reason or another are not able to participate in an organized advocacy campaign. They are estimated to be around 1 million worldwide.
Active Members
People all over the world who agree with The Globalist Manifesto, are actively participating in a group of people whose world outlook are similar and want to do positive actions for their beliefs.
Party Officers
Groups of The Globalist Manifesto believers who decided to do certain mission, activity or actions to propagate or popularize the manifesto, and/or strengthen, support and sustain the Globalist Manifesto. Party officers are required to show the value of teamwork and team loyalty.
Supporters and Financiers
Special kinds of The Globalist Manifesto believers that are knowingly or unknowingly, directly or indirectly, openly or secretly, provide support to the Globalist Manifesto Party.
The Target of the Party
As written in the celebrated book of lawyer Steve McIntosh entitled “Integral Consciousness and the Future of the World”, whose one prepublication and signed copy was available in the Globalist Manifesto Party office, world government will be formed as soon as 10% of the world population has meeting of the mind about it. It can happen within 50 years starting year 2003. The Globalist Manifesto Party adopted this as a working target.
Globalism is the Ideology of the Believers of The Globalist Manifesto
The Globalist Manifesto gave birth to the Globalism ideology the way the Communist Manifestohad given birth to Communism as an ideology. Globalism also includes the writings and ideas of Steve McIntosh, Prof.Dulay, Ruben E.Mendez, Renato Naso, Todd Scott and other thinkers and activists who relates with The Globalist Manifesto.

The Globalist Manifesto
"Someday, this world will be peaceful, united, educated and prosperous. There will be no war, no poverty, and no discrimination. A world able to protect itself from global warming, over consumption, nuclear disaster, pollution, acid rain, ozone layer depletion, and AIDS. A world that is able to practice sustainable development, protection of environment and responsible parenthood. There is a world future where there will be no national boundaries, no racial discrimination, nor religious fanaticism.
Because every human being is a child of God, everyone is equally important and deserves to enjoy human rights, freedom, happiness and prosperity. The citizens of the world have the duty to act towards this vision, in wherever, whenever, and whatever they can within their status in life. As soon as possible, and through a democratic consensus of all nations via global plebiscite and a drafting of a global constitution through an international constitutional convention, the goal of the citizens of the world is to set up a single and unified global government with police powers, powers to tax, and has the power of eminent domain.
This task is arduous and long, but there is no justification for any armed solution in pursuance of this vision. Diplomacy should be the only way.
The global government will have judicial, executive, and legislative branches; a government-financed two-party system from the global presidency down to village level; with one monetary system, civil service system, electoral system and an economic system grounded on free enterprise. A global president, vice-president, a chamber of hereditary leaders and a chamber of territorial representatives will be popularly elected. The territorial divisions of the world will have governors, vice governors, and territorial representatives who will also be popularly elected. The cabinet heads of the global government and as well as that of the geographical divisions should come from the popularly elected representatives of the territorial divisions.
Ten (10) Stages towards the formation of the Global Government: 1. Information drive and leveling - off using the Globalist Manifesto 2. Formation of the critical mass of global advocates from every corner of the world. 3. Formation of the International Global Government Organizing Committee. 4. International Convention to Draft the Global Constitution. 5. International Plebiscite on the Global Constitution. 6. Formation of the global two - party system. 7. Election of the Global President, Vice-President, Territorial Representatives, and International Council of Hereditary Leaders. 8. Appointment of the Global Cabinet from among the Territorial Representatives. 9. Formation of the Global Seat of Government, Armed Forces and Central Bank. 10.Managing the world towards lasting peace and prosperity.
This manifesto should be advocated worldwide to kings, queens, heads of the states, heads of the government, diplomats, military leaders, educators, scientists, church leaders, business leaders, personalities, thinkers and everyone. Leaders from all over the world would advocate this vision and one of them should become the founding president of the global government with the rest as the founding fathers.
YOU COULD BE ONE OF THEM."
(The original manuscript of this manifesto emerged from the classroom of the Master in Development Management, Class of 2003,at the Asian Institute of Management, Makati City, Philippines, on October 18, 2002. The purity of this manifesto should be maintained to avoid misunderstandings as we go on our journey towards the Global Government someday. That government may not happen within your personal lifetime but it will come within the time of the Creator.)
