The Globalist Manifesto: the Blueprint for the Formation of a Global Government

(This article was taken verbatim from the Google cache of a Wikipedia article that has been placing Number 1 in the Google Search in the topic of "formation of global government" and "globalist manifesto" over millions of entries. The Globalist Manifesto Party requested the Wikipedia to discontinue the article in the meantime after one of its members identified two "stalkers" who are obssessed to mangle the article and any other artcile mentioning the manifesto, taking advantage of the Wikipedia policy to allow the global public to participate in the editing. Initial reports identified the stalkers as "atheists" or, "anti Christs" or, maybe "satanists" who think that The Globalist Manifesto is a part of a global conspiracy that involves the Vatican, something that the party do not deny nor confirm as part of their policies.The Wikipedia graciously granted the party request. We dont know if the Wikipedia are now slowly neutralizing the "Satanists" among its volunteer editors. One thing observable though is that the list in the Google Search of "Wikipedia Satanists" are getting longer. )

The Globalist Manifesto actively advocates for the formation of a popularly - elected global government. It prescribed ten (10) stages towards the formation of a duly constituted global government which has a strong resemblance with the form of government of the United States of America mixed with a parliamentary system similar to that of France. The manifesto calls for direct election of global government officials thru a global government – financed two – party system. It calls for the formation of a global sovereign state with police power, power of eminent domain and the power to tax. As envisioned by the manifesto, the global government will be headed by the president and vice – president both of them popularly and directly elected by the global citizen under a “one person – one vote” principle. Under a global government, the present sovereign states will remain, but will become territorial units of the global government. The territorial units will be headed by a governor and vice – governor who are popularly elected thru the same global two - party system, with its own cabinet and legislature. There will also be popularly elected representatives to Global Congress, number of which to be determined pro rata based on population. Global Cabinet members will come from the members of the Global Congress.
History of The Globalist Manifesto.
The Globalist Manifesto emerged in the classroom of the Master of Development Management (MDM) class at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM)(http://www.aim.edu.ph/), one of the leading business graduate schools in Asia, based in Makati City, Philippines. The manifesto was secretly posted in the class bulletin board without the permission of the professor and it drew lots of violent reactions. One comment is that it is like the vision of the Beatles (http://www.beatles.com/), the popular band in the 60’s. Surprisingly, it was adopted eventually by the class, and it was published in their class website (http://www.geocities.com/totidulay/global.html ). Google eventually placed the website as the number 1 site when one searched under the topic of globalist manifesto, for around 4 months in the late 2003. The class was challenged with this “recognition” from the Google. The class eventually spearheaded the formation of the International Movement of Development Management (IMDM) with the help of the Dean Poch Macaranas and Associate Dean Edel Guiza of the AIM's Center for Development Management. The movement does not only serve as the alumni association of AIM graduates from all over the world who took the Master of Development Management program, but is turning out as a real independent global network, doing projects for Shell, ADB, UNDP, LGU’s and other organizations. The President of the movement is Corazon Tecson Jimenez, Associate Director of Konrad Adenuer Foundation funded Aim Policy Center.The chairman and vice - chairman of the movement are Henry Tenedero and Prof. Sofronio Dulay respectively, both from the MDM Batch 14 where The Globalist Manifesto originated. The two were later elected as Directors of the 32,000 strong global membership Alumni Association of the Asian Institute of Mangement (AAAIM). The two, together with other members of the batch are instrumental in the creation of a trust fund for the movement which is now .2 million Philippine pesos. Recent Developments of The Globalist Manifesto
After the publication of The Globalist Manifesto in the MDM Batch 14 website, several websites and e - groups started to link with it or published the manifesto in their websites. One of these sites is the site of the CDM Foundation, Inc. at (http://cdmfoundation.cjb.net/) which was listed in the Yahoo Search as the number 1 site under the topic of the “formation of a global government” early 2006. The personal website of Prof. Sofronio Dulay, the (http://profdulay.cjb.net/ ), also published this manifesto and other recent developments regarding it. The site was placed in both Google and Yahoo in the top ten under the topic globalist manifesto for almost a year. It was also listed in the Google in the top ten under the topic of “formation of a global government”.The Globalist Manifesto was also published as one of the essays in a book published by the Far Eastern University(http://www.feu.edu.ph/) in downtown Manila, Philippines. It was also entered in an idea – generation event called Panibagong Paraan, a joint project of World Bank and UNDP in that country. It was also entered in the Palanca Awards for Literature (http://www.geocities.com/palanca_awards/), the leading literary awarding body in the Philippines.
Alliances and Snowballs Around The Globalist Manifesto
The Globalist Manifesto is actually a result of the strategic planning session in the master’s degree in development management class, plus a “strong inspiration one mysterious midnight” experienced by the ponente which led to its writing. It is intended to be the “strategic plan for the human race” under a VMOKRAPISPATRES format of the Asian Institute of Management. If one will analyze the way it was framed, it follows this format. It started with a vision, then mission, objectives and so on, completing the AIM format. In his first email to Prof. Sofronio Dulay, an advocate of The Globalist Manifesto, McIntosh said: “I enjoyed reading The Globalist Manifesto on your website and I agree wholeheartedly. It is good to connect with you around for mutual interests in the movement for global governance" (http://profdulay.cjb.net/). This was followed by several exchanges of emails from the two leading advocates of the formation of global government, including plans to snowball the initiative into a mainstream global public crusade.The Globalist Manifesto is becoming the foundation of the recently - emerging ideology, the globalism as The Communist Manifesto is the foundation of communism ideology.

Good day to your families. The Holy Week is approaching and I think that you will have family activities related to the season. Here in Marikina, we have an evening parade of life size statues of saints driven by carriages powered by devotees every Good Friday. Last year, I counted around 60 statues in that parade. Someday, our respective families will watch this colorful evening parade together as part of our bonding as a team.

If you will notice, websites associated with our party are dominating the topic "formation of a global government" in the Yahoo, Alta Vista and Google Search Engines. First of all, let us thank these three leading search engines of the world for their contribution to the global crusade for the formation of a world government. Many years from now, the world government will probably formally recognized them as part of the heroic earlier initiatives of this global upheaval . Maybe, the corporate leaders of these three search engines will be listed as heroes of the future United World.

But do you know that there is another set of listing, the "formation of a world government", this time websites associated with our party, although they are there -- are not dominating them. You will see all of what I am talking about in our party website, http://gmparty.cjb.net/ . The leading search engines have not yet found a way to combine the two listings despite the fact that they are one and the same. Lets leave this matter to the kind judgements and internal system of these leading search engines.

I remember the suggestion of Steve in his email--that we should search for other groups and websites who are also pushing for the formation of global government and provide them an atmosphere of belongingness to this global crusade that we are leading. I think that we should find ways to do just like that. Steve has been an influential thinker of this global crusade. You will see that in his book.

We have also identified one person who is against our party. We have already tracked down his whereabouts and activities. That man will probably self distruct without us doing anything on him. (Remember, we denounce any form of violence , right ?) . I dont want to mention his name here because he will just get unnecessary global exposure. I suggest that one of the policies of our party should be: "dont mention the name of people who are against us in public".
